Katie has been appraising real estate in the Jacksonville area since 1998.  She is a Jacksonville native and has lived in the area her entire life, including four years in St. Augustine while she attended Flagler College.  Katie's career in real estate appraising began in 1998 with a commercial real estate firm in Downtown Jacksonville.  She gained priceless knowledge of property appraisals, market analyses, feasibility studies in the six years she was with the company.  In 2004, she started Irwin Howard Appraisals, Inc. and has been preparing residential real estate appraisals throughout Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties.   Katie has successfully completed appraisal courses through the Appraisal Institute and through other state approved institutions.  Please contact her at 904-737-9193 for appraisal orders and any other information.
